Booking Policy

We take reservations for our set Traditional Afternoon Tea, High Tea, or Celebration Tea menu only. 
This is to improve our service to our customers and to ensure our exceptional teas are served with the luxury and detail that they deserve.
Reservations may be taken for any day except Saturdays.
If you would like to visit but do not want to order afternoon tea then we operate a queuing system, first come first seated.
 However, the queue always moves quickly and is well managed by members of our team, ensuring that you receive the first available table. If you require a chair while you wait, please let a member of our team know and they will be happy to help.
Our quieter times tend to be during term time and during the week where it is almost always possible to seat you promptly.
 On both Saturdays and Sundays we do manage to get all of our customers sat down, and almost always within 5-10 minutes, although this cannot be guaranteed.
It is not necessary to book for Afternoon Tea; we can take orders for this on the day as all of our sandwiches are made freshly to order. Hope this all makes sense and we look forward to seeing you soon!
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to bills of parties of 6 or more people.
